Denime "Lot. 220A" Offset XX Model 14.5oz Regular Straight Jeans
The Denime “Lot. 220A” Offset XX Model is a meticulous reproduction of one of the brand’s most iconic pieces—the original Denime XX from 1988, a cornerstone of Japanese denim history.
As part of the legendary “Osaka Five”, Denime helped establish Japan as a global leader in high-quality denim. Now under Warehouse & Co., this heritage is recreated with even greater precision, staying true to the original spirit while refining every detail.
The 14.5oz selvedge denim is developed in collaboration with Kurabo Industries, using uneven, ring-spun yarns made from traditional cotton. The yarns are rope-dyed in indigo, and treated using Warehouse’s low-temperature refining process, preserving a white core and enabling high-contrast fades with wear.
Woven on vintage Toyoda GL3 shuttle looms, the fabric features a naturally uneven texture and a distinct vintage character, closely resembling denim from the mid-20th century.
The 220A fit reflects classic vintage proportions, with a high rise, a fuller top block, and a straight leg with a subtle taper—a silhouette inspired by 1950s–60s jeans that balances structure and comfort.
Finished with period-correct details such as a leather patch, hidden rivets, red tab, and original iron buttons, every element has been carefully reproduced—from stitching tones to hardware—capturing the essence of Denime’s founding era.
Fit Notes: Denime remains faithful to non-washed unsanforized (loomstate) denim, so it’s important to note that these jeans will shrink. We highly recommend soaking the jeans in warm water before first wear. Expect approximately 4 cm (1.5") of shrinkage in the waist and 7.5 cm (3") in the inseam after soaking, so please refer to the product size chart accordingly. This model fits true to size after shrinkage, meaning the tagged size closely matches the actual waist measurement once the shrinkage has occurred. Compared to most global American brands, sizing is similar, so you can take your usual size. As always, we strongly recommend checking our size chart and taking shrinkage into account to find your perfect size.
