At Redcast Heritage Co, we strive for complete satisfaction with your purchase; if your items aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery. All returned goods must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label (if applicable) or send the package via your preferred tracked courier to our warehouse address.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days.
